Role Description
The HR Recruiter at MeritBey is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across research, consulting, analytics, technology, and corporate functions. This role plays a key part in building high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent aligned with MeritBey’s culture and growth objectives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and experienced in sourcing and hiring for professional services or technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Manage offer processes, salary discussions, and candidate negotiations
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, and hiring conversion rates
Maintain accurate candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable employment laws

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Experience hiring for consulting, research, analytics, or technology roles preferred
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Understanding of basic employment laws and hiring best practices
Proactive, results-driven, and candidate-centric mindset
