About our client

Corsica Technologies provides managed IT, cybersecurity and compliance services to mid-market and enterprise organizations. Their customers had to switch between separate tools for support tickets, reports and invoices. From November 2025 to August 2026, MeritBey designed and built one secure, branded client portal that brings all of this together. Customers can now raise and track tickets, see service performance and check their security and compliance status in one place. We built it with React, a Node.js integration layer and Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, and connected it to Corsica’s ticketing, monitoring and billing systems.
